It is tough to uphold my own claim to "defend the obvious" when I get so tired the obvious becomes elusive. I hope my few, dedicated readers have not grown weary of my more simplistic posts as of late, but I am hoping to regain some ground on the rest front this week and prepare to do battle with those that would conceal such important truths as "be nice to the people that prepare your food, they deserve it."
