Mondays are my yoga days. They are the days in my marathon training I designate to rest. For me that rest entails an easy 1 mile run at dawn and a tough yoga class after work. I still find it surprising how tough yoga is. It's a hell of a workout. While I miss having a gym to hit, this satisfies those yearning s to push the body. I have this belief that my body is a gift and I get to use it for just so long. I truly want to get everything I can from it. Besides the power of belief, it's the next most powerful way to enjoy a richer life. At least to me.
