One Week!
Just a quick check in. For those interested, I have successfully passed the week mark. Hell I am hours away from hitting 9 slid days. To say I don't miss it would be a lie, but that is what smokers across the boards say after they have actually quit. I am glad the monkey is off my back, to be sure.

It's been almost 18 months for me and I still want one rarely. But I haven't done it (or cheated!)
