We are going camping this weekend for the first time. There's a group of four of us and our most experienced camper hasn't been since she was a kid. Needless to say, there has been quite a bit of guessing this week as to what is needed. While I am certain this has become more complicated than it needs to be, I am also certain the just head out and spend the weekend in the great outdoors is equally not simple. The modest gear we has obtained as well as the food to take alone has launched this into a less than modest endeavor. It's my hope that this preparation is the hard part and it will be more enjoyable because of it.
